Does the customer have to pay for being a member of the “TheContractor.AE”? Can a customer post a requirement/Ad and what are the charges? How many quotations can a customer get at once? Are there any charges on seeing the quotations? Can the customers send the text or call to the company directly?

No, a customer/member cannot send any estimation without logging in.
