Does the customer have to pay for being a member of the “TheContractor.AE”? Can a customer post a requirement/Ad and what are the charges? How many quotations can a customer get at once? Are there any charges on seeing the quotations? Can the customers send the text or call to the company directly?

Yes, customer can apply for installments with the mutual consent of company under some T&Cs.
